Firmed Up Some Whistler Deals Today
Great day here in the office. I firmed up (removed subjects) on two transactions.
The first is a studio condo on Blackcomb at the Marriott on the 6th floor that we had listed at $119,000 and we sold it at $117,000. That's $2,000 above the most recent sale and it sold in only a week so that's pretty good. The buyer already owns a one bedroom suite in the Marriott at Blackcomb so he could see the huge value in this one and snapped it up.
The second is a 2 bedroom quartershare I had listed at The Legends at Whistler Creekside. I had it priced at $129,000 and it sold at $125,000 in only a month.
