Well, we've had quite a lot of interest in the two court ordered sales at the Hilton Whistler Resort that I mentioned in my Morning Coffee email last week. There have been no firm offers yet but I've shown them to two clients from Vancouver and one from England this weekend. We do have a tentative date of December 16th scheduled in court but we would need to have a "no subjects offer" by the end of this week for that date to still stand. Why don't you give me a call to discuss an offer? Someone's going to get a great deal on these two suites that were originally sold at the 2005 launch for $549,000 and the bank has now indicated that they will accept $300,000 or higher on these two.
 
Another really solid deal that I've come across is #6 Symphony. This is a 2 bedroom/3 bath townhome in Village North with perfect views of the peak of Whistler. It's priced at $579,000 which is a full $200,000 less than smaller condo units on the slope at Blackcomb. Located right across Lorimer Road from the Marketplace shops and with the Village Shuttle just a few steps away with free rides just 2 minutes to the gondolas it's a solid option and one of the lowest price per square foot townhomes options in Whistler Village.
