Whistler Monday Morning Coffee Real Estate Update

As the Whistler real estate market seems to have stabilized quite nicely over the past 4 or 5 months and the 2010 Winter Olympics are about to be unleashed I thought it might be a good idea to familiarize everyone with where the Whistler market has been in the past 10 years and more importantly where it is today.

Finally, I've just listed a fully renovated duplex right at the base of Whistler Creekside and at the bottom of Gondola Way. This 2,200 sq. ft., 4.5 bedroom duplex had a massive renovation done over the past year which was just completed in December. It's looking gorgeous and is a very short walk from the lift. Take a look at the video tour I did last Wednesday which even has footage of the drive from Creekside base so you can get a feel for how close it really is to the Creekside Gondola.
