Well, we've already had one low offer that the seller wasn't interested
in and several other solid showings. To top it off, the seller just
dropped the price by $100,000 to $1,249,000. He wants this sold asap -
how's that for motivation? Take a look at the video here if you didn't view it last week.
As for the house in Black Tusk Village listed at $695,000, I now have the video available for viewing. Click here to watch. This is a very good buy for a home of such quality and close proximity to both Squamish and Whistler.
Finally, I'm just about to list a one
bedroom plus den Tamarisk suite in J building. It's in very good shape
and the den is actually a spacious bedroom with french doors opening
out to the living room. It will likely be priced at the $309,000 level
which is right in line with recent sales in the complex. Just to jog
your memory, Tamarisk is a very affordable condo complex just about 1
minute drive south of Whistler Creekside just past Bayshores. It's a
great complex right on Alpha Lake with a private dock for canoeing,
tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool that's open in the
summertime.
