A couple of very sharply priced properties to report to you this week on my "hot buy" list.

- We just listed a half share of a 2,312 sq. ft. duplex in Bayshores on Brandywine way for $399,000. This home has 4 bedrooms & 3.5 baths and is an interesting option if you're a weekender but would prefer not to spend a ton of money on a Whistler property at the moment. You would own this jointly with another Vancouver couple and between the two parties would work out the details of usage for each year according to your schedules.
