Welcome back to my weekly Monday Morning
Coffee email. I've been away with the family for summer vacation over
this past two weeks but am now back at it.
You may remember that

was a great buy at the newly reduced price of $139,000 and it actually
ended up selling for $130,000. Shortly after this sale occurred I had
a seller approach me who owns several suites who would be willing to
sell them for in the same price range. If you're still interested in a

Now for a new foreclosure listing that we just brought to market that's an outstanding bargain.
