Ok - another busy week for everyone so let's jump right into it shall we?
- The realtor who is representing the developer of Cypress Place (which is basically the 2nd phase of Green Lake Estates across the highway from Nicklaus North) called me last week to let me know that the developer now seems to have some flexibility on the pricing of some of their lots. If you're interested in building a beautiful home on Nicklaus North golf course in a stunning south facing setting then give me a ring and we can discuss what the developer may be willing to accept on some of these building lots to generate some sales. - Over the weekend we finally put a firm deal put together for suite #146 at The Coast Hotel at Blackcomb (formerly The Marriott). This was a great deal for my Vancouver buyer who was able to grab this 2 bedroom corner suite overlooking the ski slope and pool at $262,000. I still have suite #144 listed for sale at $275,000 which is an identical suite on the opposite corner of this wing of building. Also available is #321 at $279,000 which is a bit of a larger floorplan on the back forest-facing side of the complex. Call me if you're interested in either one.
- We're just bringing a gorgeous 1 bedroom suite at Bear Lodge in Town Plaza on the market today at $349,000. I'm sure that this suite will be highly sought after due to it's location on the quiet back side of the complex with perfect unobstructed views of Blackcomb. Stay tuned for more details on this one.
- Lastly, Garibaldi Mortgage has come out with a very handy FAQ sheet explaining how Canadian mortgages are structured. Good info for Canadians or non-residents confused by such things as variable rate mortgages, mortgage terms and amortization periods. Click here to take a look at it posted on my blog.
