A Brief Description on how Whistler Quartershares work
The Legends is one of the Quartershare buildings in Whistler. It's one of the first, located right at the base of Whistler Creekside Gondola, the Village at Whistler Creekside, and all the amenities down at Whistler. It's ski in-ski out in a fabulous location and the prices are great because it's Quartershares. So what does that mean? How does it work? A Quartershare means you get to use the suite for one week out of every four, and there are 3 other owners that own the suite along with you. It's free-hold ownership and not time-share, and there's a rotational calendar where every year the week rotates one week forward which means every fourth year you get Christmas and New Years together as a 10 day block. Prices for Quartershares are great at the moment, you could get a 1 Bedroom Suite for around $69-$79K, 2 Bedroom Suites range from $80-$100K and there's even some 3 Bedroom Suites that can be had in the $130-$140K price range!
