The Agricultural Land-Use Committee in Pemberton has given approval for the proposed GEMS Private School to be constructed in Pemberton. This is a huge win as estimates of benefits for Pemberton from the GEMS school include a $57-million construction budget over two years to build the facility, more than 165 permanent jobs at the school and spending in Pemberton by students and faculty.
