Whistler Monday Morning Real Estate Update
Good Morning!
Just a quick one this morning but I wanted to let you all know about some funny conversations I've had with clients this past week. As you know, I always strive to spread the word to everyone I know when a really great deal comes on the market. Especially ones that are good enough that I would spend my own money on them.
Most of the conversations went like this: "I just heard about that property you sold two weeks ago. That was such an amazing deal! I couldn't believe what it went for! When another one like that comes up make sure you let me know. I would have bought it!".
Now you could substitute most any property into that conversation right now because homes and condos in Whistler are selling at prices we haven't seen in almost ten years. I'm not trying to be preachy by any means but the point I'm trying to make is that when I outline a great buy in one of my Monday Morning Coffee emails and it's something you think you might be interested in, don't wait to contact me.
Buyers right now are snapping up the good deals and a year from now you'll be sitting there wishing you had caught the bottom. The bottom is here now - get in while the getting's good!
