Whistler Real Estate Market Update

Just a quick blog post this morning relating to the recent Whistler real estate market activity.
Our office conveyancer, Laura opened 5 new deals last week
In Whistler:
Solds: 2 chalets, 3 Condo, 3 Townhouse, 3 Shared, 1 duplex - 11 deals
In Pemberton:
Solds - 1 Duplex
This week last year:
Whistler Solds: 2 Chalets, 5 Condos, 4 Townhouse, 1 Shared - 12 deals
In Pemberton:
Solds - 3 Townhouse
The market is definitely picking up, for those of us who remained engaged during the slow spring (slow being generous), we're now beginning to reap the benefits.
As a side note. Man is it hot here! Whistler is supposed to be 35 degrees celcius today and Pemberton's supposed to spike up to 40!
