Whistler Real Estate Sales
Good afternoon! Sarah's been getting some great congratulatory emails and phone calls from fellow realtors here in Whistler for her phenomenal sales results in the past couple of weeks. She's been working diligently with a big crop of new Whistler & Pemberton buyers for months now and has been very successful in getting offers accepted for seven of them recently.
It's been a long haul in a rough market but we've been keeping our heads down and working as hard as we can for our clients and it seems to be paying off.
With buyers getting off the fence lately, the smoking good deals that are out there are getting snapped up. This along with interest rates creeping up, the 2010 Winter Olympics on the very near horizon, as well as slightly shrinking inventory just might push prices a bit higher as we get into the fall.
