I just came across this interesting video of a trashed foreclosure home in Phoenix. This kind of thing is probably normal lately in many foreclosures across the U.S.. Sad but true.

I just wanted to post a quick video showing how many buyers of Whistler real estate are showing a bit of a misconception about real estate values here right now. Many think that prices must be sky-high since we now have the Olympics about to start in a few months. This couldn't be further from the truth.
I just had a quick break and went skiing from Creekside for a few hours this afternoon. I posted a video from the Creekside Gondola so you can see how construction of the finish line and spectator bleachers of the Olympic Downhill finish area is progressing.
