I thought I would share a few of my thoughts on real estate values here in Whistler as we move past the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics.

Just a quick video I put together while out skiing some steeps on Friday. I wanted to dispel some people's notions that the Olympics will be devoid of snow this year. Maybe Cypress in Vancouver but not Whistler. We're holding up our end of the deal with over 3 metres of snow so far this season and counting. In fact it's snowing again outside my window as I write this!

Here's a quick video I did this past week of a really amazing new neighbourhood at Whistler that's named Cypress Place. This is essentially Phase 2 of Nicklaus North and it's located on the west side of Highway 99.
