Bit of a hectic morning here so I'll keep it short and sweet today.

As mentioned last week, I've just listed a couple of great houses in the past seven days. The first is an incredible buy in Alpine Meadows with panoramic views of Blackcomb, Wedge and Armchair that was built in 1986 but extensively renovated in 2000. It's 3,200 sq. ft. with 6 bedrooms and 2.5 baths along with tons of storage, heated driveway and a massive deck. It's listed at $1,349,000 and the seller wants to see it sold asap. I've also just listed a great home in Black Tusk Village which is just about 10 minutes south of Whistler towards Squamish. This 2,000 square foot home was built in 1990 but was extensively renovated in 2001. Take a look at the data sheet here. It's listed at $695,000. Finally, I just brought a steal of a deal on the market for a 3 bedroom Legends quartershare at $169,000. This suite looks right up the Peak to Creek ski run and is priced below the most recent 3 bedroom sale. There hasn't been a 3 bedroom Legends quarter at this price since it was originally built in 2000. Call me for more details on it.
