This is essentially Phase 2 of Nicklaus North and it's located on the west side of Highway 99. Baxter Creek is a brand new development just above the new neighbourhood of Rainbow north of Alpine Meadows and just south of Emerald Estates. Beautiful panoramic view lots overlooking Green Lake. Check out the video - it's really an amazing spot.

I took a quick video of both Whistler and Blackcomb on my drive home by Green Lake yesterday. I wanted to share this because I've been hearing reports from my clients who live in the U.S. that they've been hearing news reports saying there's no snow in Whistler. They're wrong! Check out the video.

I just wanted to post a quick video showing how many buyers of Whistler real estate are showing a bit of a misconception about real estate values here right now. Many think that prices must be sky-high since we now have the Olympics about to start in a few months. This couldn't be further from the truth.
