If you're looking for something that allows the most flexible use; meaning you can come up on a whim or rent it out whenever you'd like or maybe not even rent it, your best option would be Phase 1 Properties. These are mostly located in the Village, and at Blackcomb though there are quite a few in Whistler Creekside as well. Phase 1 properties have nightly zoning for nightly rentals, which does cost a bit more if you're owning a condo. Though Phase 1 has the flexibility to do the rentals, you may opt not to! You can use it yourself, come up to Whistler any time you'd like and you're not locked into anything.
