Good Morning!
Skiing on Whistler Mountain finally
opened last Friday and many cheers were heard throughout the town. Woo
hoo!!!! Although I haven't been up the mountain yet, by all accounts
there's really great skiing & riding to be had at the moment.

Ok - let's get right to it...
- I noted last week that we finally put a firm deal put together for suite #146 which is a 2 bedroom condo at The Coast Hotel at Blackcomb (formerly The Marriott) for $262,000. We still have suite #144 listed for sale at a newly reduced price of $260,000 which is an identical unit on the opposite corner of this wing of building. The sellers are super-eager to move this one so do us all a favour and please buy it before Christmas. Also available is #321 at $279,000 which is a bit of a larger floorplan 2 bedroom on the back forest-facing side of the complex. Call me if you're interested in either one.
