Just a quick blast for you this morning
with a couple of notable sales from this past week and a few new
listings that caught my eye on our real estate tour last week:
- We just listed a very aggressively priced sleeps 4 studio suite at #315 The Alpenglow for $134,000. This property is fully featured with a murphy bed, a queen bed and a kitchenette. It has a nice deck that overlooks the mountains to the north and is in great shape. This property also includes access to the outdoor heated pool, hot tub, gym and sauna room.
- During our realtor tour last week I had a look in a home at 5225 Jordan Lane that I hadn't seen yet. Listed at $3,880,000 it's one of the better values I've seen in some time. This home has spectacular views coupled with supreme rainforest privacy and also features one of the biggest media rooms I've ever seen. Check it out here.
- 3305 Peak Drive which was offered at $3,250,000 just sold last week at $2,950,000. Great house in Blueberry Hill with one of the very best views in Whistler. This was a great buy.
- Suite #240 which is a sleeps 2 studio at The Four Seasons Resort just sold for $199,000. Unfortunately for anyone who bought originally in that complex this is the "new reality" pricing for studio suites at The Four Seasons.
The current listing inventory in Whistler and Pemberton now sits at 1,000 active listings which is up by 9 from last week.
