Just a quick update today as the main purpose for this email is to share with you our Christmas greetings above.
There is however one screamer of a deal that just came on the market over the weekend. Suite
#516 at The Marquise
just came on the market for one month only at $299,900! The Marquise is
a Phase 1, unrestricted building just across the street from the Aspens
on Blackcomb Benchlands. This is one of the only one bedroom suites
that has it's own balcony and being on the 5th floor means this suite
has fantastic views and it's only about a one minute walk to the ski run
on Blackcomb. This suite is very aggressively priced for a fast sale
and I would imagine it will be sold within a week or two. So if you're
at all interested in this one please let me know asap before it's gone -
and it will be very soon I'm sure of it.
The current listing inventory in Whistler
and Pemberton now sits at 989 active listings which is down by 11 from
last week and at it's lowest point in over 9 months now.
