What a busy weekend we had with buyer
showings, three accepted offers, two more written, skiing with the kids
and one of our sons playing in two hockey games - one in Vancouver and
one in Whistler. Busy, busy with work and family these days! Oh, did I
forget to mention over 200 cm of fresh pow over the past week? Yup - you
heard that right.

Notable New Listings in the Past 7 Days:
Quite a few more interesting new listings than last week that's for sure.
- #353 Four Seasons is still available. This king studio suite at the uber-luxe Four Seasons Resort at Blackcomb is still on at the incredible price of $199,000. #453 which is the identical suite above sold last week at $195,000. Call me asap if you're interested in this one.
- #9 Lagoons just came on the market. This is a 3 bedroom townhome at the price of what 2 bedrooms would have been selling just a couple of years ago. Can't argue with $660,000 for a 3 bedroom suite in the heart of Village North.
- 8356 Valley Drive is a great buy at $939,000. This family home with detached garage and suite on top is perfectly renoed and priced to move.
Notable Solds in the Past 7 Days:
- We just sold #233C Legends in just one week at $87,000 with a list price of $90,000. This qualifies as the lowest sale of a 2 bedroom quartershare ever in Whistler. Told you this was a great deal folks! Congratulations to Dale out in Abbotsford for snagging this one.
- 8245 Valley Drive just sold at $838,000 with a list price of $985,000. 3,700 sq. ft., 8 bedrooms, 5 baths, built in 1985 and great views. This was an exceptional buy.
- We've finally received an accepted offer on our foreclosure listing at 7107 Nesters Road. This home now has a court date set for this Thursday, Feb. 24th so if you're interested in being at court to get an offer just give me a call and we can coordinate that.
