Emerald Estates

Only a 10 minute drive to the north of Whistler Village brings you to the Emerald Estates neighbourhood. This area of Whistler is split by Highway 99 with Green Lake lakefront homes to the east of the highway on Lakeshore Drive and Summer Lane and mountainview homes on the west side of the highway up the mountainside on Emerald Drive.

The lakefront homes are some of the only true lakefront properties you'll find in all of Whistler. Many of the other homes in the area above the highway on Emerald Drive can range from older Whistler-style gothic arches and A-frames in the lower price ranges to gorgeous new homes with stellar views of Armchair Glacier and Wedge Mountain.
