Spruce Grove

One of the only neighbourhoods in Whistler that has predominantly flat lots, Spruce Grove tends to lean on the family oriented side. The home sites in this area are on the smaller side which means that the homes tend to be a bit closer together. This closeness is offset by the fact that this neighbourhood is very close to Whistler Village, Nesters Market and the recycling centre located there.

Recreation is a huge draw for the residents here as the adjacent Spruce Grove Park features soccer fields, ball diamonds, a playground and a Montessori School. The Lost Lake trail system leads right out your door from Spruce Grove Park so bike access to the singletrack and the beach at Lost Lake Park is ever so close.
