Whistler Cay Heights

Whistler Cay Heights is the closest neighbourhood to Whistler Village. When you're at the lights at Highway 99 and Village Gate Boulevard you can see the homes and townhomes of this area just beyond the trees. Being so close to Whistler Village makes this a very desirable area and the homes here sometimes fetch a bit more than in some of th outlying areas.

You'll also find some great buys in the townhomes here such as Smoketree, Eagleridge, Sunrise and Woodridge if you're not looking for the upkeep associated with home ownership. Great views of both Whistler & Blackcomb abound here from many of the homes but expect to pay for the privelege. Such a great area to take a look at!
