As it stands in 2022, there is no Speculation & Vacancy Tax that applies to the Whistler market.
This tax only applies within the following areas: Victoria, Nanaimo, Lantzville, Metro Vancouver (not including Lions Bay), UBC & the UBC Endowment Lands, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission, Kelowna, and West Kelowna.
