    Are you in the market for a ski-in/ski-out condo at Blackcomb? Look no further, as we have compiled a tour of the top 6 condo buildings in the popular Blackcomb Benchlands area of Whistler. These picks are true ski-in and ski-out condos, meaning you can click into your bindings outside the building and ski down to the lift.

    Keep in mind that these are also condos, NOT townhomes, so you'll be in a larger building with a lobby and an elevator to your unit.

    Without further ado, here are our top 6 picks for ski-in/ski-out condos at Blackcomb:

    Blackcomb Springs Suites

    • One of only two Phase 2 hotel condo buildings located at Blackcomb
    • As the owner, you can only use the property yourself 28 days in the winter and 28 days in the summer. The rest of the time the hotel manages the rentals for you and you get your associated share of the pooled revenue amongst all the other suites in the hotel.
    • Built by Intrawest in 1996.
    • Consists of smaller studio suites as well as 1 and 2 bedroom units - all with full kitchens.
    • Amenities include a year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tubs, a full gym, underground parking, and a ski storage concierge on-site.

    The Aspens on Blackcomb

    • Built by Intrawest in 1995.
    • Features 1 and 2 bedroom suites, many of which have been renovated by individual owners over the years.
    • Amenities include a central courtyard with a large year-round heated pool and 2 hot tubs, a gym, and a large lobby with front desk services as well as Blackcomb Peaks Accomodations offering in-house rentals at their office in the building.
    • A small ski shop and ski storage concierge are also on-site, as well as extensive underground parking.

    The Woodrun

    • A slightly taller tower-style condo complex.
    • Amenities include a year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub, a gym, underground parking, and ski storage.
    • A front desk is available for those who choose to use the in-house rental management.

    The Greystone Lodge

    • Built in 1989.
    • Set back from the ski slope but still ski-in/ski-out due to a very short 100-meter ski path.
    • Consists of either 1 or 2 bedroom units, many of which are "lock-offs," providing rental flexibility.
    • Amenities include a year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub, a lobby with front desk services, underground parking, and ski storage.

    Le Chamois

    • A taller "tower style" condo complex.
    • Amenities include a year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub, a gym, underground parking, and ski storage.
    • A front desk is available for those who choose to use the in-house rental management.

    The Glacier Lodge

    • Built in 1989
    • Features 1 and 2 bedroom units
    • Amenities include a year-round heated outdoor pool & hot tub, a gym, underground parking, and ski storage
    • Front desk available for rental management
