Good Morning, Whistler!
I'm going to keep things short and sweet for you this week.
Lots of fresh listings in the New Listings link at the bottom of this page. With a bit more for buyers to choose from one would think that inventory is beginning to get just slightly more flush. That's really not the case though as you can see by the Sold Listings that we're still selling them as fast as they come on the market so current inventory in Whistler still sits at around 125 properties which is still a historical low point for us.
Our #11 Powderview 1 bedroom condo at Whistler Creekside is surprisingly still available at $899,000 and our 2 bedroom/3 bath townhome in Whistler Village at #30 Symphony is also still available at $1,799,000 although we do have several buyers circling on this one right now.
We were successful in selling our 2110-2 Sarajevo townhome at Gondola Village in Whistler Creekside this week at $728,000 which is $29,000 over the $699,000 asking price. Our seller in California is pretty happy about that!
