Plenty of action going on for us here over the past few weeks. The summer market seems to be finally picking up a bit of steam and many of our listings that have been sitting on the market with no bites have been getting offers. Nice to see for your sellers and pretty typical really for this time of year. In a more urban market the sales pick up in the spring but here in Whistler we tend to get an influx of buyers in summer through mid-fall as folks line up property purchases for the upcoming ski season.
