We had a busy week of working with some new sellers and buyers and with a wee bit of fresh snow I even got a few extra hours of skiing in which was nice. It's funny that people think that just because I live in Whistler I must ski all the time but it's just like any other place you call home. Work gets in the way and you don't end up playing nearly as much as you plan to. However, with our new website and some other marketing projects now out of the way, I'm able to take a few more hours here and there to go for a ski. So, that's my plan this afternoon.
On another note, we sold #318C Evolution this week at a new high in the building. This beautiful 2 bedroom corner unit received 10 offers last Sunday and ended up selling at $463,000 which was $64,000 over the $399,000 asking price.
This weekend we'll be bringing a 2 bed/3 bath townhome at #30 Symphony in Village North on the market at $1,799,000. Let me know if you have interest in this one and I'll get the photos and floorplan over to you.
Similarly, we're also bringing a Gondola Village 1 bedroom plus loft on the market early next week at a price of $699,000. This one is located very close to the Creekside Gondola and has tons of renovation potential which would make it highly desirable for AirBNB if you wanted to go that route.
