Seems the market here in Whistler has started coming back to a bit more normal levels (whatever that means) as it also is in Vancouver & the Lower Mainland. Less multiple offers, longer days on market for listings and more buyer choice. Is the market craziness starting to fade into the rear view mirror?... 🤔
