Well, the market keeps moving right along here despite recent interest rate hikes. I'm never going to say we're immune to interest rates here (we're definitely not) but more often than not, buyers here see the value of Whistler ownership over just the investment portion. As overused as the phrase "it's a lifestyle" is, it really is true.
